With a remarkable decade of innovation, dedication and growth, Arctic Hayes has solidified its position as a trusted partner in the industry, supporting more than 4,500 merchants across the UK and expanding its reach across Europe and to the US market.

The thriving business has developed an extensive product range, now boasting over 450 high-quality items. In the past year alone, Arctic Hayes has launched more than 50 new products, demonstrating its commitment to meeting the evolving needs of the industry and has now cemented its position as the UK’s number one provider of pipe freeze products and training.

The roots of Arctic Hayes date back to 1981 when Arctic Products began its journey, exclusively selling pipe freeze equipment. In 2001, Arctic Products was acquired by the Volvox Group and merged with PH Products Ltd, forming Arctic PH, which offered a range of products similar to those of Hayes UK.

It was in 2010, when Lee Parsons and his father purchased Hayes UK a small family business specialising in heating and plumbing consumables. This strategic acquisition set the stage for future growth and in 2014, Hayes UK acquired Arctic Products from the Volvox Group. The merger of Arctic Products and Hayes UK led to the formation of Arctic Hayes Ltd. The consolidation of operations, brands, products, supply chains and customers marked the beginning of a new era for the company, enhancing its market presence and operational efficiency.
